A good friend of mine had a terrible loss a few days ago, so I looked around for shops local to her so I could send her an arrangement. I ordered with Duprees 1/12 and selected delivery for 1/14. My friends were home due to the situation, so I know they would have responded to an attempted delivery. I received an email at 6:30 pm on the intended delivery date that the shop was just beginning to work on my order. I waited until today 1/15 to call the shop for an update. Although pleasant, the lady who answered my call tried to tell me that they attempted delivery yesterday, and after I said my friends were home, she stated that maybe the address wasn’t correct or that the delivery driver had a hard time finding their home- but also knew the area in which it was located. I wish she would have just apologized and said they were behind/unable to deliver that day. Honesty goes a long way. The arrangement itself was absolutely gorgeous.
